Termoresine is a family company established in 1980,by Mr. Ippolito Ferrario and Mr. Marcello Lang,to coat electrical connections for Sace (now knownas ABB Sace) with top quality insulating resin.In the first years we mainly worked for this customer,but afterwards the firm succesfully expanded its focus.In 1990 it became a well known supplier in theswitchgear market for special components,a few years later Termoresine entered the tractionmarket.From 1990 to 2000 the company increased itsstrength by making parts for train producers such asFiat Ferroviaria (now Alstom transport), Ansaldo (nowHitachi rail Italia), AD Tranz (now Bombardiertransportation), Firema.During this period the company changed it's mission,switching from a simple job coater to a primecontractor for many components.In 2005 the second generation took charge of thefirm and gradually developed its strategy.Starting from 2007 the company invested in Germaninternational fairs, becoming a regular exhibitor atInnotrans (Berlin) and Energiemesse (Hannover).At the same time it searched for a bigger place whereit could grow. In the following years these solutionsbrought an important export increases and a newwarehouse.In the last years the company has steadily improvedits management and production capability. Now,with the turnover of 25% of its staff at theend of 2014, we are ready for the challenges of thefuture, with younger and motivated forces.
