Ternopil IT Cluster is the community that unites 15 local IT companies and representatives various scales and work's directions. There is the unit of social active and conscious people who act together to develop and perform Ternopil as IT city with all preferences. The main aim is to support IT development in Ternopil, to assist in the rapid growth and enlargement IT companies in the city.Our primary purposes are: - to improve the quality of IT education in Ternopil; - the development and support IT Communities such as .NET Сommunity Ternopil, PM Сommunity Ternopil, JS Ternopil, GDG Ternopil, WTM (Women Techmakers), QA Community Ternopil, Java Community Ternopil; - to create welcome environment for IT specialist's comfort-living with the tendency not to relocate, to stay in Ternopil and to make all benefits to motivate people to move in from elsewhere; - to provide the possibilities of common profits for all Ternopil IT Cluster participants. Our additional purposes are: - to encourage learning English in Ternopil; - to support of the creation new local companies and IT departments of the mogul companies; - to promote IT among the local population and authorities; - the constant and regular influence to the city's authorities for the improvement of IT environment in Ternopil; - to create clear IT HR market; - to establish the monument of Master Yoda in Ternopil.Our credo is - Unite.
