As the youngest generation of our family's olive oil artisans, we have the opportunity to bring our olive oil from our family directly to yours. We practice local, sustainable farming on our family's olive grove. Dedication is applied in every step. From the attentive choice of the time of harvest, to the careful hand when picking the olives, an immediate onsite milling, and professional taste testing – we carefully follow our olives through each step of the artisanal process.
