Terraform provides AEC consulting, online commentary, and web-based tools in an effort to make sustainable design mainstream. The challenge of incorporating the latest technologies in the built environment comes from a lack of familiarity and the perceived risk of the unknown. Terraform aims to help bridge that gap as we strive to transform our planet to an environment that allows for life to thrive with resilience. More than environmental design, we must acknowledge community and financial viability in order to make our society truly sustainable. We are past the point at which a passive approach to climate change and our growing demand of resources will allow us to thrive. Now, we must terraform.
