Terry Scullion Architects is an RIBA Chartered practice dedicated to design excellence and providing professional services in the principal disciplines of Architecture, Design and Historic/Listed Building Conservation. Our ethos is based on the provision of professional design quality, innovative and creative solutions and the integration of designs into the local context with bespoke designs tailored to our client's individual requirements and aspirations. We are a progressive local practice, based outside Cookstown in Co. Tyrone and are committed to the design of both distinctive and inspiring new buildings and the considered and innovative conservation and restoration of existing Historic/Listed Buildings. We also have experience in ‘Green Building Design' with knowledge and expertise acquired in the various aspects of sustainable design technology and low-energy-use building design. Terry Scullion Architects provide wide ranging and comprehensive professional services and expertise in the fields of modern and contemporary design, sustainable design, traditional design and conservation. Our design objective is that each project be fully developed, from the client's initial brief by implementing first principle concepts in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work. We believe the success of each individual project is fully dependant on the development of close working relationships with our clients, design team consultants and statutory agencies.
