Dr. Brian Byrd and Chris Cain started Texas Hospice in 2006 with an eye toward contributing to the quality and standard of hospice care in Fort Worth. They believe in physician-lead hospice care, diligent attention to comfort care and symptom control, and the God-provided value of every human being. Most patients are seen at their place of residence by a physician. Our nurses, health aids, chaplains and social workers provide physical, psychological and spiritual warmth to all our patients and their families.
