Many mold issues occur as a result of an unknown water intrusion, or improper ventilation in areas where water or humidity is present… Find the water, find the mold.Our consultants will perform a visual inspection of the property to determine if samples are needed to verify the presence, type and elevation of mold. Once the samples are tested in an accredited lab, our consultants prepare and write a mold damage assessment and remediation protocol that will be utilized by an outside remediation company, as hired by the property owner. Once remediation has been completed, our consultant will revisit the property and obtain additional samples to verify the mold has been completely removed and provide the property owner with a CMDR, or Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation.Texas Mold Inspection Service has provided the DFW Metroplex with mold assessment services.
