At the Texas Sinus Center, we believe that providing a diagnosis up-front, before beginning any ENT treatment, is crucial to a successful outcome for you. In addition to a careful review of your medical history, we can, if needed, perform a variety of important diagnostic procedures in-office. These include nasal endoscopy, low-dose CT scan, and allergy testing.Since 2001 the Texas Sinus Center has been focused on providing sinus care to San Antonio and South Texas patients. In 2006 we added in-office CT scanning, and were one of the first to offer balloon sinuplasty as a minimally invasive approach to sinus surgery. In 2007 we began research on balloon sinuplasty and have since helped publish 6 medical papers on this subject. In 2011 we began offering in-office balloon sinuplasty under local anesthesia, and continue to perform these in-office procedures on a regular basis.Over the years, we have invested in state-of-the-art equipment so we can reach a diagnosis in our office quickly and efficiently.
