Destiny must have ‘remembered the Alamo,' one lazy evening late last summer, when we found ourselves over a table in San Antonio. We had been on the road a week or so, travelling through parts of West and Central Texas, when fate brought us back to an ‘ol favorite Tex-Mex Spot.Washing down homemade tortillas with frozen Margaritas, we decided to put our money and love for true Texas cooking where our mouths were. The result – the original ‘Nueva Texicana' food truck.‘Nueva Texicana' is a fresh & exciting take on traditional Tex-Mex cuisine. The menu features a tantalizing blend of well-known Tex-Mex favorites, authentic Mexican classics, and original ‘Nueva Texicana' creations. We are not reinventing the wheel.
