Founded in 2004 by two former Shearman & Sterling and EY lawyers, working together for more than a decade, and based on the model of a "boutique" law firm, Teynier Pic is a French law firm dedicated to dispute resolution (international arbitration, commercial litigation and ADR).Teynier Pic is an independent law firm, which allows our lawyers to build the best solution collaboratively with our clients in each and every situation and to avoid conflict of interests.Teynier Pic is an international law firm as reflected in the diversity of qualifications, professional experiences and fluent practical knowledge of French, English, Spanish and German of our members. This allows us to adapt to the international environment of the cases we handle on behalf of our clients. We have also recently formed a strategic alliance with Griffin Litigation PLLC, an international arbitration and enforcement boutique based in London and New York.Our firm has a human scale. Teynier Pic consists of four partners, one counsel, five associates, three interns, and an administrative team based in Paris. The size of our firm makes it nimble, highly responsive and flexible in catering to our clients' needs.Team spirit and collegiality are part of our key assets, both within the firm and jointly with our clients.Our clients are both domestic and international corporations as well as States and investors.
