The company rents out small industrial and commercial properties that it owns to a variety of businesses who use them for a variety of uses. Presently we have 23 tenants throughout Leicestershire and Northamptonshire.Unlike many landlords we aim to be as flexible as possible in terms of leases and licences recognising that businesses do not want to be tied into long term contracts.The business is run by it's owner Adrian Forsell who is proud to have a good working relationship with all tenants. The properties that we offer for rent are well maintained as we have a vested interest in doing so through our investment in them.In terms of variety we offer starter units of 475sq ft from £45 per week on the Oadby Industrial Estate to more prestigious offices on well known local business parks including The Point Market Harborough.Kibworth Business Park,the Moulton Park Industrial Estate Northampton, Cartwright Court Bardon,Riverside Market Harborough and lastly Sanders Lodge Industrial Estate RushdenIn addition to this the Managing Director also runs a small private holiday letting business consisting of 3 properties- 2 in Southern Spain and 1 in North Norfolk.
