My goal in Training is to create genuine transformation in my client's lives. I work with you to help you reach and maintain your physical, mental & emotional peak, regardless of your age, level of fitness, or starting point. I help you to identify the unconscious behavioural patterns that have kept you where you are, and help you operate at a higher level in every area. My approach is built on a deep understanding of the unconscious patterns, limiting beliefs, and self-sabotaging habits that affect us all. The goal is to uncover the source of any practices that no longer serve you, and replace these with new, better, sustainable habits and beliefs that will propel you away from the default future that is currently unfolding for you, towards something measurably better. My belief, which is backed up with years of experience in helping my clients meet and exceed their goals, is that we are all capable of much more than we believe. Physical, mental and emotional strength is available to us all, and my approach to Health Coaching delivers on this belief. My job is to help you become stronger, fitter, more energised, and more mentally & emotionally resilient, no matter where you're starting from, or how little time you have available. I've spent ten years developing the knowledge, techniques and technology to get you there.
