Thai Wai Travel is a tour operator and –agent that also have booking services. The company was founded in late 2008 and has three owners and one staff. The Managing Director Håkan Ekholm, responsible operator in the company has been working with Friman Resor at Hangon Liikenne in Finland, Star Tours on Phuket, Phuket Trekking Club in Khao Sok and La Moet to Phi Phi Islands. He has many amazing stories and very interesting information about habits and the culture in Thailand, that he is pleased to share with you. Håkan has been active on Phuket since 2005.Before, he had a ten room hotel, Tawan Beach House on the sand of Patong Beach near Bangla Road. He was also the Marketing Manager of the Baan Mayuree Resort & Spa 80 room hotel construction in Patong, before he returned to work with touring again and eventually start his own company Thai Wai Travel.Our activities are concentrated to the island of Phuket and the surrounding provinces Surat Thani, Phang Nga and Krabi in south Thailand.
