As ChipMOS subsidiary, ThaiLin Semiconductor Corp. (TLC), listed in Taiwan OTC market, is established in 1996. Our operations are focused on the wafer and final testing services for memory, flash, mixed-signal/logic IC and optical display peripheral IC products. In addition to contract testing services, ThaiLin also intends to work with our customers to establish strategic relationships to develop testing solutions. These solutions can be managed through several means including the use of equipment purchased by ThaiLin, equipment consigned by the customer or equipment jointly purchased.ThaiLin solutions are designed to comply with the testing strategies of our customers, which help to minimize issues of software preparation and hardware correlation. Test modules installed at our shopfloors together with the services of our staffs and implemented management systems are all available for our customers.We provide test engineering support to our customers, including test program optimization, program conversion from platform-to-platform and test program development. Our test engineering resources are available for maintaining daily production.ThaiLin has the expertise and experience to provide both wafer and product test services for the entire spectrum of semiconductor products, including simple digital logic products, complex ASIC, high speed digital products, memory products, mixed-signal products and optical display peripheral IC, ... etc.
