As the process of organ donation and transplantation grows more archaic in our advancing society the need for 3D printed organs to remedy our organ shortage and failure in transplantation grows more imperative. Current publications on 3D bioprinting, intertwined in challenging dialect, fail to formulate the benefits and cons of bioprinting in a manner that successfully encourages prospective patients or bioengineers to too support the advancements of bioprinting. At The 3D (BIO)Printing Project, we are cultivating a new era of publications, ones specifically geared towards relaying the beauty of 3D bioprinting in comprehensible and tailored wording for future professionals in the regenerative medicine field. We are also on the multimedia platform instagram, where we conduct weekly Q&A sessions on the innovations of 3D bioprinting, host a series on the history of 3D bioprinting, create animations on 3D bioprinting techniques, and share various infographics.
