THE 4 MORES℠ implements the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS).Dan Zawacki, our founder, is a serial entrepreneur. Dan has seen the great, the good, the bad and the ugly in his 30 years of being a leader. In 1987, he founded a company called Lobster Gram that delivered live lobsters and seafood around the country as gifts. Dan was the first person in the world to do this and I actually built a new market.He was really good at PR and marketing and was featured in Forbes, Fortune, Oprah, WSJ and 500 other media outlets. Dan was on live TV on ABC, NBC, CBS, MSNBC, CNN and many others. Lobster Gram went from zero sales to over 15 million dollars.Developing the processes for growing teams, designing warehouses, websites, and operations was something he really enjoyed doing. Ultimately these systems Dan and his team built were able to deliver over 130 thousand packages a year. Half of those packages shipped out in just two months. In 30 years he did a lot of things right and a few things wrong. The ugly always teaches you the tough lessons. As with many businesses he got into a cash flow problem and a business friend of his told him about EOS and how it could help. The book really resonated with Dan, because of its simple, practical approach. After 3 decades of running Lobster Gram, Dan choose to sell it so he could focus on EOS. Teaching, coaching and sharing his 30 years of experience of running a business was what he was really "made to do." Dan have been on QVC live over 550 times, been the keynote speaker for the master's program at Northwestern University College of Entrepreneurship, spoken several times to the customer service center at Wintrust Bank in Chicago and numerous other engagements. "I love to teach the best techniques on how to be a better business owner". He feels very lucky to find my his second passion in life and that's helping businesses grow, be more profitable and have fun doing it.
