The Action Lab works with organisations in the impact sector to diagnose team performance, create high performing teams, improve the insights individuals and teams have of each other, and maximise the quality of team and stakeholder relationships. Why? We are in the business of persuasion. Persuading people to reduce resource use, and distribute our finite resources equitably. To maximise our positive impact on the rest of the world we first need to build the most convincing, compelling and collaborative teams. A recent survey conducted across 142 countries found that 63% of the world's talent is "not engaged" - while statistics for the impact sector might look better, we're confident we'll never find an organisation where all of the people and teams are achieving their full potential. The Action Lab can help to improve your organisational performance by motivating your staff, improving relationships and unlocking the value generated by fully engaged teams. How we help: We run fun and engaging team development workshops using a bespoke version of Insights Discovery™ for the impact sector. Our workshops provide guidance about how to release the full potential of your team to achieve your organisational strategy. We also assess and develop individuals using a bespoke version of the CEB Talent Assessment, based on the Behavioural Competencies for Sustainability Leaders. After one of our workshops you will have a far deeper understanding of the individuals in your organisation and how to get the best out of them.
