The A.G.E. Foundation seeks to bring respect, compassion, patience, understanding and honor to adults, 65 and up, through social media education and awareness, volunteerism and physical and monetary donations.The A.G.E. Foundation is chartered as a nonprofit 501(C)(3) (PENDING) corporation in Houston, TX, with the goal of providing education/awareness, volunteerism and donations for adults 65 and up across the country.Education/Awareness:The A.G.E. Foundation first and foremost strives to bring education and awareness to the general public regarding individuals 65 and up. This includes statistics, news, spotlights, guidance and more. In addition, we will provide uplifting stories of successes and accomplishments, both past and present, all in the hopes of increasing compassion, respect, patience, and understanding of all adults age 65 and up.Volunteering:The A.G.E. Foundation coordinates engaging and foundation-funded social events and activities, where volunteers serve and spend time with adults age 65 and up. A.G.E. hosts weekly events and service opportunities at local assisted living facilities, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, homeless shelters, and in the homes of our older friends. Our volunteers focus on engaging adults age 65 and up and building positive relationships with them through uplifting activities and acts of service.
