-Our Chef and Staff- At 41 years of age, our chef comes to the table with 22 years of experience in the industry. At the age of 21, he received "Best Steakhouse on the Main Line" in Philadelphia. Through his experiences, he was invited to open a steakhouse in St. German, Puerto Rico. He then returned to Sebring, working at the best scratch-made kitchen in the county. His passion for culinary creativity, combined with years of experience cooking alongside great chefs, equals the perfect storm.
