Group, Inc. is a NYS Licensed Investigative firm in addition to being an approved Security Guard Training School in NYS & CT, approved by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services and The Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. Allen Moody, President and Director of The A.L.M. Group, is a certified General Topics and Master Instructor. The Courses offered at A.L.M. Security Training Academy include, but are not limited to: 8 Hour Pre Assignment | 16 Hour OJT | 8 Hour Annual | FireGuard Prep | Loss Prevention | Homeland Security train the trainer | Active Shooter | CPR & more. A.L.M. trains at a level unmatched to those in the security industry by continuing to educate itself and grown in the security field. In 2012, A.L.M. began offering Bail Enforcement Agent training. In that same year, Director Moody also became the first African American Guard Card instructor in the State of Connecticut. Also in that year, Director Moody became an NRA basic Pistol Instructor. A.L.M. can proudly state that we are the ONLY security guard training school in New York City that offers the Instructor Development (IDC) Train the Trainer Course for potential Security Guard Instructors. In 2017, A.L.M. became approved by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice to offers the 47 Hour Armed Guard Course.
