All indoor and outdoor maintenance is handled by American Inn staff and most is included in monthly fee. Also included in monthly fees are Wellness Center staff for minor medical assistance and medical consultation, comprehensive Activity program including on-campus events, exercise programs, as well as many off-site trips via the Inn's own bus, individual medical transportation within a 20 mile radius, and many more amenities tailored to the over-55 population. Management staff consists of full-time positions of Executive Director, Resident Services Director, Plant Manager, Activity Director, Marketing Director, and Food Services Manager.
