She brings over a decade of experience in residential real estate law to the table and is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. Melissa Schultz, is realtor and international marketing and contracts specialist, and hails from Buffalo, NY. She graduated from Lehigh University and George Mason University. Melissa, brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing products and services globally to niche clientele. The Ana and Melissa Team has a sales volume of over $20 million annually. They have successfully sold properties for executives relocating in and out of the Washington region to such entities as: Nestle USA, Hilton, U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and FBI. We are also instrumental in helping individuals and families up-size or down-size to condos, townhomes and single family homes in communities that best serve their needs.
