In looking at our society, there are many adults that are products of a world that did not pay close attention to their hurts or issues that they had as children; now they are adults who are still hurting and trying to cope, in the best way they know how with life as they know it. Some are in the free world and some are incarcerated. Currently, we have so much violence, within the schools affecting the learning behaviors of our youth, in our communities, and all over social media affecting our youth and unfortunately, many of these behaviors have led to an increase in suicide among our youth. The Analyst Ministries (TAM) offer a safe place that will allow our youth the ability to take a step back, see what is happening within their circle and be rejuvenated through retreats, camps, classes and support groups that will empower them with the knowledge of knowing that they are not alone in their space. Teaching them how to cope with difficult situations, possibly even new ways to do things that they weren't previously aware of. Ultimately, there are people here that want to help them through their situation and that want to see them make it in life. TAM will encourage empowerment, healing and direction through retreatsThe VisionaryWhat is the world that you want to live in? In previous years, Jonna's daughter had dreams of going to other countries to teach English. She didn't hesitate to find opportunities for her daughter, sometimes with the help of her daughter to go abroad. In 2019, Jonna's daughter took a study abroad program offered through her Rotary club that sent her daughter to Italy for the school year.Business AnalystAs an Analyst, she helps business owners see more potential in their businesses by helping them create Standard Operating Procedures. She's been known to work in your office as a temporary employee to see how things work for the new employee and give you feedback from that aspect as well as one on one conversations with you, the owner.
