The Assembly Point is an ensemble-based theatre collective built on exploring the potential of theatre-making in Singapore. Our ethos rests upon the power of collaboration.The collective operates in three parts: the cultivation of the ensemble, the creation of theatrical works that reflect current social perspectives, and the interactive engagement of both local and international audiences.The ensemble of actors also functions as the directorial powerhouse behind The Assembly Point. We handle all artistic, managerial, and administrative aspects of the collective to facilitate ensemble training, as well as the staging of theatrical productions, projects, and events.Through the assembled effort of a group of artists, we believe that the strength of our unified voice will incite braver and bolder discussions within our audiences and beyond.
