As a property developer or general contractor, you will benefit from a completely independent assessment of the work your architects have prepared for you. Without fear or favor, I will scrutinize plans, elevations and details in a hunt for problems that could disrupt your work flow. Often, internal reviews within an organization - when they are performed at all - can be riddled with blind spots, a company where everyone has "drunk the Koolaid" and cannot see the errors that have been repeated endlessly within the organization. Sometimes these blind spots result from a team being too close to the project - seeing only the trees and not the forest - but just as often the mistake results from a persistent and recurring misunderstanding of codes, especially with accessibility requirements.
