Created in October 2008, The Bay Is Back was started to be the place to go for all your Bay Area hip hop information. Currently, there is no other site you can go to and get updates on what's going on in the Bay Area rap scene on an almost daily basis. We provide album information & reviews, new songs & videos, artist news & interviews, as well as our opinions. The site is great for fans who want to stay updated on their favorite established Bay Area artists and/or want to discover up and coming artists they may not have yet had a chance to check out. The site is also great for local artists and producers to get free exposure to new fans. Unlike some other hip hop sites, we focus mostly on the music instead of the gossip.
