We have since then supported the set up, and managed operations of the CRM practice for our clients which includes contact centers for Motorola - paging business, Digital - PC range, BPL - customers of high end products, Atria Convergence Technologies (ACT) - Cable television and internet service provider, Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) - high end CAD/CAM solutions to the manufacturing industry Internal Customer Satisfaction (ICS) practice: Today the employer brand is as crucial to success as is the marketing brand. The "employee"is now the "internal customer". Internal customer satisfaction (ICS) is the base requirement for (external) customer satisfaction. The Beanpod nurtures managers to be specialists in internal customer satisfaction. We have since 2005 applied our learning from the CRM practice with the external customer to the internal customer (employees)and evolved a very interesting methodology for managers to adopt.
