Beyond Boundaries supports local development NGOs (Non-Governmental Organization) worldwide. We focus on enhancing the capacity of organizations to deliver culturally appropriate programming. Enhancing the capacity of local NGOs may include strengthening such areas as strategic planning, business management, leadership, financing, and much more. We partner with local NGOs to conduct institutional assessments and identify areas where they may require assistance. We then mobilize a team of volunteers with the required experience and create a custom "think-tank" for the NGO. The NGO and the volunteers engage in a dialogue where knowledge is shared and understanding is co-created. As knowledge and understanding is increased, we work with the NGO to identify and source potential solutions to their challenges. This service is provided at low or no-cost to the NGO.
