The Big Kaboom was founded on the personal experiences of Carlos Blanco.Carlos' 24-year marriage ended in 2009, and looking back he realized he was ill-prepared both going in and coming out of his divorce. Frustrated by the process of divorce, Carlos turned to his friends to see if they shared the same level of frustration. Much to Carlos' surprise most, if not all of his divorced friends, shared the same feeling! A big believer in education as a means to empowerment, Carlos decided to something about this. At first, via is start-up venture Aftermath, he focused his efforts on helping to clean-up the mess once the divorce is finalized. Soon it occurred to him that he could do more, so he changed the company's focus to really help people throughout the whole divorce process — before, during and after. And so, The Big Kaboom was born. For those thinking of divorce, ready to move forward with divorce or recently divorced, the company provides unbiased Answers, Referrals and Support with a Human Touch.
