The Bikkie Dough Company makes scrumptious, designer bikkie dough, ready for you to bake. Made by hand, the dough is made from scratch and, where possible, ingredients are supplied by local producers and manufacturers. The dough is conveniently stored in the freezer, allowing you to bake them in the oven when you're ready. This means just 10 minutes baking time to gourmet, freshly cooked bikkies! All biscuit dough varieties are gluten free, and there are also dairy free, vegetarian and fructose friendly varieties. Bikkie Dough flavours include Zesty Lime & Coconut, Rainbow Choc Chip, Warm Ginger & Cinnamon, Smooth Chocolate & Orange, Juicy Cranberry & Pistachio, Velvety Butterscotch, and Triple Choc. Moreish Morsels are also available - Caramelised Onion & Dijon, and Parmesan and Paprika. These have a moreish, crispy, light texture. The ideal accompaniment for a cheeky Chardonnay, topped with creamy Brie or as an addition to antipasto platters. Irresistible!
