The Blue Chip Development Trust was founded in 2015 by the passion of its members for the property industry. Our focus is mainly on residential property developments in and around Windhoek the Namibian capital, but have previously been involved in mixed use development schemes as well.It is our mission to provide good value to the end users in the affordable residential segment while still achieving good return on investment for our shareholders.Together with other stakeholders in the Namibian economy and construction industry we wish to solve the problem, which is affordable housing for all, in our country.
