The Body Experience is set to be a world-class, immersive fitness experience where visitors will be able to enjoy seminars and classes, connect with fitness and nutrition experts from across the country (and South Africa) while trying out some of the latest equipment and apparel.Fitness is a dynamic sphere and has been trending worldwide for the past few years and Namibia is no exception.The growth of the middle class in Africa has led to the high rates of non-communicable diseases which are set to be more detrimental than HIV/AIDS to Africa's human capital, Namibia included. Research has shown that exercise drastically reduces the numbers of these diseases, therefore, fitness has a great responsibility to public health.Our team is working relentlessly to ensure that this will not be a run of the mill expo – it promises to be an explosive and highly engaging event which will take place very soon at the Trustco United Fields in Windhoek.Watch this space for further details!
