The Boulder Alt. Protein Project, an initiative powered by The Good Food Institute, aims to unite students who desire to extend the frontier of alternative protein research & innovation by connecting with industry leaders. We are starting the conversation around alternative protein in Boulder through journal club meetings, visits from industry professionals, intercollegiate collaboration, and faculty engagement. Together, as the next generation of innovators, we hope to become a part of a revolution greater than ourselves as we work to build a healthy, humane, and sustainable food supply.
