The Breck Foundation Details
The Breck Foundation is a charity founded in 2014. We strive to educate and empower the digital generation to stay safer online as they play virtual/live real. The charity was founded in memory of Breck Bednar, a 14 year old boy, from Caterham, who loved technology and online gaming and was groomed by someone he met online. To promote awareness, the charity undertakes school visits, police training and speaks at numerous conferences. The charity also liaises with Government on policy and the founder, Lorin LaFave is regularly interviewed by the media on stories or subjects relating to the Charities cause.
