The Bridge Alliance is an independent consultancy supporting clients in collaborative working. We have extensive experience across the Public and Private sectors, most recently in Defence, including the management of complex Public Private Partnership (PPP) programmes, from both Industry and Military perspectives throughout the full life-cycle. We act as a bridge across industry, sector and organisational boundaries helping all parties to exploit common ground and minimise risk for mutual benefit.
