The British Hot Sauce Company, Inc. was formed at the beginning of 2020 in partnership with the Wiltshire Chill Farm in the UK. We have exclusive rights to distribute within North America for both wholesale and online retail. Wiltshire Chilli Farm was founded in 2009 by Jamie Sythes, who was frustrated by the lack of choice of fresh chillies in British Supermarkets. What started as a windowsill growing operation quickly expanded in to a greenhouse and, ten years later, they now operate multiple poly-tunnels growing a wide variety of chillies. It dawned on Jamie early that he could start to create his own hot sauces from his new found hobby. What started out as a small operation at the local farmer's market has now become an international phenomenon, with distributors in Australia and the USA. WCF's industrial kitchen has the capability to produce 10,000 units per day in order to keep up with the international demand. From mild, to extreme, to our 12 million Scoville unit Regret, we have something for everybody within a range of sauces, jams, rubs and grinders.
