This organization was created to continue the work initiated within the book The Brutal Truth dealing with the systemic problem of bullying and misuse of power. The premise that whether it is bullying in the school yard, via workplace harassment, misuse of power from judges or lawyers or otherwise it is much the same problem stemming from and perpetuated by faulty laws and social norms.
