We are here to address the key pain-point among the microtraders in Africa - Record-Keeping. And how do we solve it? We use the simplicity of chatbots and conversational AI to simplify the bookkeeping process. We chose to use chatbots because we realised that majority of people with access to a smartphone have installed at least one messaging application - WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, etc, and Bukipa has been designed to work across all leading messaging solutions and applications, including Twitter DM, Viber, WeChat, etc
