The concept of The Business Mind Set was born back in 2011. The business began running in a part time capacity, until August 2013 when it became a full-time concern.Some of my past roles have been an Egg Collector, Petrol Pump Attendant, Tyre Fitter, Centre Manager, Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Assistant Director for BNI and Territory Manager.One of the greatest influences in my business life was a man called William Lloyd. He was the UK Operations Director for ATS Euromaster. He gave me the opportunity to manage over £20m of business for him. Other important people who have helped me on this journey have been Mark Rhodes, Simon Smith (Prev Area Director of BNI NI) & Julie Gray. It was Julie who first encouraged me to mentor other people.One of the best ways of describing what I want to achieve through The Business Mind Set can be summed up in the words that described Mordecai in Esther 10:3 …….'seeking the wealth of his people'…….The word wealth has the meaning of the betterment of the people. It is great to see individuals and businesses grow and progress.
