Our principal product, butcher style sausages, are sold to retail and directly into many butchers nationwide. With innovation at the core of our business, our product range is constantly developing and expanding. We pride ourselves on our speciality range which really differentiates us from any other sausage producer in the market with exciting varieties such as ‘Smoked Bacon & Cheese', ‘Black Pudding & Thyme' and ‘Sundried Tomato & Basil' all proving very popular with our customers. We also make a great Fresh Sausage Roll and recently Úna together with her small New Product Development team have surpassed themselves with a Turkey Sausage which is gluten free, low fat and high in protein. We are currently finalising our very own dry cure range which is really exciting and will be on the market very soon.Sausages are the main product line of our business and to create the perfect sausage high-quality ingredients are key. We purchase superior quality, full muscle Irish pork shoulder joints to make our products and this has been integral to our business from day one. The Butcher's Daughter is remarkable in that, sausage is our core business and not an added product line developed to use up trimmings or a bi-product of a more prominent line of stock which is why we are so passionate about the quality of our raw materials and sausage products.We produce 100% Irish pork quality products, another quality that separates us from other brands in this competitive market place. Since 2015, we have been proud members of the Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme. To be eligible for the Bord Bia Quality Assurance Scheme, we adhere to very strict guidelines and continue to raise the bar when meeting quality standards for our customers.
