The Cake Collective (TCC) is a place where budding and seasoned cake artists can move their baking and cake decorating activities from their home kitchens to a professional caking kitchen. The 4,500 square foot facility provides a clean and friendly workspace for cake and confectionary artists to hone their craft while being able to service an increased client base. Start-up costs for a storefront operation where you can showcase your own work to clients can be very high. TCC would like to provide you with the opportunity to build your client base without the risks associated with renting your own shop. Amenities that are included through membership in The Cake Collective are: - commercial convection ovens - walk-in refrigeration - lockers for storage - countless cake pans and cake tools - a client consultation/meeting room - bake artists lounge - and so much more!!
