Restorative Practices in Communities Case Manager
The California Conference for Equality and Justice (CCEJ) is a human relations organization dedicated to eliminating bias, bigotry and racism. CCEJ promotes understanding, dialogue and healing among people of all different races, religions and cultures through education, restorative justice and advocacy. CCEJ exists because hate groups still march, swastikas deface temples and mosques, our youth suffer from violence and bullying, hatred's voice is growing louder on the internet, anti-immigrant initiatives exist, stereotyping and bias continue to influence public policies and practices. Our communities, our nation, our world is increasingly more diverse and we need to strengthen relationships.
