The Chill Crew began in summer of 2018, when the goal was to create a small gathering for friends over drinks and music. While the name "Chill Crew" was abstract then, it grew to become a fully fledged event concept based company.Who we are:A collaboration between friends that stand as professionals and have industry knowledge in the fields of Live Entertainment (Sounds, Stage and Light), Event Operations (Door, Floor and Bar Handling), Procurement and Sales (F&B and Tech Partners, Venue Rentals Contracts), as well as Advertising and Marketing.What we do:-Developing Event Concepts and ideas-Creating event plan to execute: risk analysis, financing and alternatives-Seek venue procurement according to event specifications-Create contractual agreements with F&B, Tech, and Sound Partners-Assign event staff and roles: supervisors and staff-Contact Outsourced entities when needed: Electricity, Security and Government offices when needed.-Create event timeline for venue set up and partner deliveries-Advertise and Market for the event pre during and after, draw in sales and preliminary turn out numbersHow we execute events: -Pre: Tech Check (Sounds and Light) - Debrief staff on operations-During: follow event timeline (First and Last Call for Floor and Bar - DJ and Live Act Timetable), ensure continuous and regular service on all fronts, and solve irregularities on spot-Post: Close Remaining Payments and Receipts, Post Event Returns to Sponsors, Venue Clear, and process needed payroll.Who Works With Us:-Profound sound and tech partners-Reputable Food and Beverage names: locals that satisfy a unique taste and other big names that please the crowds-Our connection of DJs, Live Performers, Bands and much more.-Our creative designers, photographers, videographers and graphic designers.Why Us:We work on creating unforgettable moments because we focus on making you our partner along the process.
