Our Chocolatier & founder Geri was named ‘Queen Of Bespoke Chocolate' & won WoW with Jacqueline GoldOur innovative approach to printed chocolates means we can offer bespoke pieces that will delight and impress.Based in a purpose built chocolate production kitchen in Castlerock Co Londonderry, The Chocolate Manor was founded by Geri Martin, who holds a specialist chocolate skills qualification from North West Regional College, and a hygiene rating of 5 from Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council. We use the finest Belgian chocolate for all our products, and can provide chocolate creations for individual customers, wholesale, retail, and corporate clients.
