The Commitment House's mission is to provide a person–centered program that instills the tools to maintain long-term sobriety; by changing the way people live and think. Our program is open to anyone struggling with alcohol and drug addiction. Our licensed and certified staff includes: Medical Doctor, Psychiatrist, APRN, LCSW, LPCCs, CADC, TCADC, RN, LPNs and Targeted Case Managers and Licensed & Certified Adult Peer Support Specialists as well as RN and LPNs. The Commitment House's vision is to create a program where treatment and recovery work together to produce a better outcome. We want to walk with our clients through a step–down program which includes Detox with Residential Treatment to Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP), to Outpatient, to Sober Living, and then to transition back out into the community as a beneficial member of society. Our 4–6 month program is a 12–step fellowship that includes, alcohol and drug education, accountability, group and individual therapy, peer support, case management, morning and night meditation. We create an atmosphere of acceptance and strive to inspire a sense of belonging.Incarcerated clients are welcome in our IOP program. We practice a relationship of compliance by reporting weekly to required agencies, such as Drug Court, Probation and Parole, as well as directly to ordering judges and attorneys.
