The Community Development Fund is a mutual fund exclusively available to FDIC-insured banks and thrifts to help them meet their Investment Test and Community Development Investment Test obligations under the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977, as amended (the "CRA"). The Fund's investment objectives are to provide current income consistent with the preservation of capital and enable institutional investors that are subject to regulatory examination under the CRA to claim favorable regulatory consideration of their investment.
