The Community Foundation of Macon County's mission is to connect the philanthropic goals of donors with the needs of Macon County and through leadership and community engagement identify and address those needs. For more than two decades, the Community Foundation of Macon County has invested in bettering our community. With more than $42 million in assets under management, we have awarded $30 million dollars in grants since 2000. In 2019, we awarded $3.8 million to 399 organizations and 71 scholarships to promising students in our community.
