The Construction Institute (TCI) is a partnership between building trades unions and contractors dedicated to promoting the superior value of union construction in Massachusetts. TCI seeks to accomplish its mission by funding scholarly research, engaging in proactive communications, advocating public policies that benefit workers, contractors and local communities, providing strategic educational and outreach opportunities to improve our members' contribution to the industry, and preparing a new generation of diverse workers to enter the trades.
