Our business model includes focusing on developing a superior client experience, hiring the best people in the industry, investing in our team's education and training, and maintaining a limited number of full-service association and non-profit clients. This allows us to service those clients we bring on at a very high level. We help our clients to capture big picture concepts in their development of a long-term strategy of growth and relevance, but understand the importance of detail-driven operational excellence in the day to day. Our end goal is to take non-profits to the next level of mission achievement.Our scope of work for association management clients includes executive leadership, board governance, strategic planning, membership development, member services, event and conference production and execution, external and internal communications (including social media), government affairs management, financial management, and administrative and operational support.
