The Cove was founded on the belief that anything is possible when strong, brilliant women come together. In late 2015, newly acquainted friends and colleagues, Laurie Keith, Sarah Mills-Krutilek and Shannon Mattingly, met over dinner and shared their desire to build a community and safe space for women. A gathering place to share stories, experiences, and struggles as it related to work, relationships, health and other important topics that matter to women.
